A service menu built like a menu.
Each treatment with a short description, what it is for, how long it takes, and a price or a starting price. Grouped the way a client shops rather than the way a supplier catalogs.
Somebody in Libertyville has three clinic websites open and is deciding which one looks like it does good work. That judgment happens before they read a word about your training.

A med spa gets judged on taste before it gets judged on credentials.
Somebody researching Botox, microneedling, or laser hair removal opens four clinic sites in a row. They are not comparing training yet. They are looking at the photographs and the prices and deciding which of you looks like a place they would be comfortable undressing in. That happens the same way in Libertyville, Vernon Hills, or any other town in our service area.
That pass is quick and almost entirely visual. Then the second pass starts, and it is all questions. What does this cost. Who actually performs it. How many sessions will I need. What happens at a consultation.
The site that answers the second pass without making them call is the one that gets the booking.
Botox, filler, microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, body contouring, whatever you do. People search the treatment. Almost nobody searches "med spa."
A price, a starting price, or a per-unit price for injectables. Silence reads as expensive, and the people who call anyway are usually the ones shopping hardest on price.
A nurse injector, a physician assistant, an aesthetician, with the supervising physician named if that is how your practice is set up. This is the line that separates you from a pop-up in a strip mall.
How long it takes, whether it costs anything, and what you do and do not do in that room. People are nervous about this one specifically.
The room, the chair, the front desk, the light. Clients are deciding whether they want to sit in it.
Each treatment with a short description, what it is for, how long it takes, and a price or a starting price. Grouped the way a client shops rather than the way a supplier catalogs.
Room to breathe, restrained type, and your photographs given the space they need. When a site looks cheaper than the prices on it, the prices are what people start doubting.
We crop, size, and compress every image so it stays sharp on a phone screen and still loads fast. Before the build starts we tell you which shots you are missing.
The Enhanced plan includes an online booking calendar for consultations. If you already take bookings somewhere else, we link out to it and write the button so nobody is surprised where they land.
We put your handle where people look for it and send them to the real account. An embedded feed is another script slowing the page down, and it breaks whenever the platform changes.
$0 website build fee. $297 a month. The build, the hosting, one domain up to $25 a year, and small updates through the year. For a clinic that means prices, a new treatment, a staff change, and photos. A new page or a redesign is quoted separately. Every price and every term is written out in one place.
The Enhanced plan is $349 a month, and it is the one most med spas want. It adds an online booking calendar for consultations, a chat widget that turns a question about a peel into a text on your phone, an auto-reply that answers a new inquiry while you are in a room with somebody, one contact list holding every lead and client, and online payments and invoices. Connecting payments is a one-time $199 setup.
You read the whole site on a private link first. Billing starts the day you approve it, prorated for the days left in that month. See how the build itself runs, step by step. Cancel any month with at least five business days' notice before the end of the month, and the site stays up through the month you paid for plus a five-day grace period.
We do not build before-and-after galleries, patient intake forms, or anything else that collects health information. Those carry medical advertising rules and patient privacy obligations we have not worked out yet, and we will not sell you a feature we cannot stand behind.
Your contact form asks for a name, a phone number, and which treatment somebody is interested in. Anything clinical belongs in the consultation, not in a website form. If a before-and-after gallery is the reason you are hiring somebody, tell us on the first call and we will say so plainly.
Yes, in some form. A price, a starting price, or a per-unit price for injectables. Clinics that hide pricing get calls from people who only want the number and lose the ones who were ready to book. If your prices move often, we write them as starting prices and change them when you tell us.
Not today, for the reasons written above. If that is the feature you are hiring for, we will say so on the first call instead of letting you find out later.
The Enhanced plan at $349 a month includes an online booking calendar for consultations. If you already use a booking or practice system, we link to it and make the button say where it goes. We do not connect to it or move your data into it.
No. We link to your account from the header, the footer, or both. An embedded feed adds weight to every page and breaks on somebody else's schedule. A link keeps working.
For a med spa, yes, and it is the best money you will spend on this site. Phone photos are fine for a plumber. They are not fine for a business people choose by how clean and expensive it looks. A half day covers the room, the front desk, the equipment, and your staff.
We publish credentials, licenses, and titles exactly as you send them. We do not write a claim about training, certification, or medical supervision that we cannot check, and we ask for the paperwork before any of it goes on the page.
We build the site so Google can read it and we write pages around the treatments people actually search. We do not promise rankings or a number of bookings. You are also competing with clinics buying ads, and no website settles that on its own.
The menu as text, today's hours, and a tap-to-call button above everything else.
Practice areas named plainly, built for someone reading late and worried.
Emergency repairs split from planned work, with the service area readable from a phone.
See every trade we build for, including the businesses without a guide page yet.
Tell us about your practice. We build the site, you read it on a private link, and billing starts only when you say go.
