When you fill in the contact form, we receive what you typed. That usually includes your name, your business name, how to reach you, your current website address, and the message itself.

Please do not send account passwords, payment card numbers, confidential legal details, medical information, or other sensitive data through the form.

The systems that host this website, keep it secure, and run its forms handle basic technical information. Depending on which tools are active, that can include your IP address, your browser and device, which pages you asked for, the date and time, and a record of a form you submitted.

Our website platform, Google Analytics, and the Meta pixel may use cookies or similar browser storage to run forms, measure visits, and show relevant ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may behave differently if you block browser storage.

We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our ads bring people here and to show our ads to people who visited. Our hosting provider also counts visits so we can see overall traffic, such as which pages people view and which sites send them here. It does not use cookies to do this.

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we reasonably need it for the uses above, for our business records, and to meet legal obligations.

You can ask what personal information you sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some information may have to stay in our records for business or legal reasons. We will tell you if that is the case.

To opt out of Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To opt out of Meta ads, use Meta's ad preferences. You can also opt out of interest-based ads across many companies at once through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.
