A website built around how your customers choose

Your website should answer the questions that hold up a call, a booking, or a quote request. We design and code each site for the business behind it.

Start with the decision your visitor needs to make

Most small-business visitors arrive with a task. They want to check whether you offer a service, see where you work, understand what happens next, or find a reliable way to contact you. A useful site gives those answers in the order people need them.

We plan the page structure around your services and customer questions. The writing uses plain language, and each page has a clear next step. Your business gets its own code and content structure rather than a generic site with a logo swap.

What goes into the build

  • Page planning based on your services and customer needs
  • Original design and code for your business
  • Responsive layouts for phones and larger screens
  • Page-specific titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links
  • A temporary preview URL for review before launch

The exact page count is set from the needs of the project. No fixed page allowance has been established for the monthly plan. We define the initial scope before the build so both sides understand what is being created.

Local search starts with clear information

A search-friendly website needs pages with distinct purposes. A service page should explain the work. An industry page should address the needs of that type of customer. Local context should help a visitor understand the area you serve instead of repeating a city name in every paragraph.

We provide the on-site foundation through clear routes, useful headings, page metadata, internal links, and content that matches the business. Search engines also consider competition, business prominence, external references, profile information, and changes over time. The website does not come with a ranking guarantee.

You review the website before billing begins

The build stays on a temporary URL while you review it. You can check business details, read the pages, and request changes. Billing begins only when you approve the site and it is published live.

Typical delivery is within five days, subject to client delays. Fast feedback and complete business information help keep the project moving.

Bring a domain or use the included allowance

The monthly plan includes registration and annual renewal of one domain costing up to $25 per year. If Lake County Web Design registers it, the domain is yours to keep after three months of service.

You can also use a domain you already own. Depending on your registrar, you may point nameservers, add provided DNS records, or grant administrator or delegated access. Ownership does not have to transfer, and you should not share your registrar password.

Choose how you want to buy the website

The primary plan has a $0 website build fee and costs $297 per month. The design remains part of the monthly service, with separately quoted porting available by request.

If you need to own the code from the start, request a fixed-price website. The quote is based on the project, and ownership transfers after final payment. Hosting and care are separate.
