What we keep doing after your site is live
Plenty of small-business sites go quiet a month after launch. Yours should not, and keeping it going is already part of what you pay.
Both monthly plans include the work that keeps the site we build for you useful after launch. None of it shows up as a separate line on your bill.
The part owners notice most is the small updates. A price changed. You added a service. Your Saturday hours moved. Send it over and we make the change.
There is no ticket system and no hourly rate for that. You email us or you call, and the site is right again within two business days. A change bigger than a small update, a new page or a redesign, gets a quoted timeline before we start.
That is true whether you run a shop in Gurnee, a clinic in Vernon Hills, or a business anywhere else in Lake County.

Setting up the payment connection is a one-time $199. After that, sending an invoice is part of the plan.
What we quote separately
A new page, or a redesign of pages you already have. That is new work rather than an update, so we price it and tell you before we start.
Blog help, if you want it. You can publish your own posts at no charge. We format and publish up to four posts you write for $25 a month, or write and publish up to four posts for $100 a month, with your approval on each one before it goes live. Unused posts expire at the end of the month. See how the blog options work.
Porting the design somewhere else. The monthly plan does not transfer the website design to you. Porting is priced separately. Tell us where the site is going and we will send you the price.
If you cancel
Give us at least five business days' notice before the end of the month. Your site stays online through the month you paid for, plus a five-day grace period after that.
There is no cancellation fee. The only early-exit charge is the $50 domain transfer fee: if we registered your domain and you cancel before three months of service, transferring it to you costs a one-time $50. After three months, the transfer is free. Beyond that, there is no notice period beyond those five business days.
Questions about looking after a site
Do I pay extra when I need a change?
Not for small updates. Text, photos, hours, and prices are part of your plan. A new page or a redesign is separate work, and we quote it before we start.
How do I ask for a change?
Email us. Plain words are fine. "Take the Sunday hours off and put the new van photo on the home page" is a perfectly good request.
What happens if something on the site breaks?
Tell us what you are seeing and we fix it. That is part of both plans.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Tell us and the change takes effect at the start of your next month.
